To provide services for people with special needs enabling them to live, learn, and socialize in the environment of a New Church community as far as possible, regardless of abilities.

To help those with special needs participate in competitive employment or other forms of services that they may find the satisfaction that comes from being useful and productive members in a New Church community and the community at large.

To provide support for New Church organizations, group, families, and individuals who are concerned about caring for those with special needs.

To provide information and education to the membership of the New Church to raise awareness of the church to the needs of those with special needs, and to encourage the development of distinctive New Church materials suitable for use by parents, clergy, and others in providing religious and moral guidance in the instruction and development of those with disabilities.
